Like everybody else in the world, when the news of Covid first began breaking and the ensuing panic and lockdowns began, I was right there with you all. Not knowing what it was, I took all the recommended precautions.

Then, as time wore on and I began doing my own investigations, I developed my COVID routine that was really just an extension of my already very healthy daily routine.

The initial lockdowns gave me plenty of time to research and future develop my already healthy routine based on yoga and Ayurveda.

Here's my daily routine:

Use a water neti potwith warm salt water and Tulsi drops
If you know how, do sutra neti
Start doing kapalabhati. Build up to 3 rounds of 90 expulsions each day.
Take the adaptogen herb Ashwagandha
Take warm water with concentrated Tulsi drops
Have a warm Tulasi tea with STAR ANISE, and other herbs and spices
